Scholarship Details:
The Open Doors Russian Scholarship Program Olympiad has two tracks – for prospective Master’s and doctoral students (analogous to Ph.D.). The Olympiad consists of two rounds for the Master’s track and three rounds for the doctoral track (analogous to Ph.D.).
The first round is a portfolio competition, the second is a problem-solving challenge, and the third involves selecting a research supervisor for the chosen doctoral program, followed by an interview.
The competition is open to foreign citizens and stateless persons, including compatriots living abroad, with a Bachelor’s degree for the Master’s track and a Master’s or Specialist’s degree for the doctoral track (analogous to Ph.D.) in the year of the Olympiad.
Scholarship Requirements:
To be considered for the Open Doors Russian Scholarship Program, participants must:
- Be foreign citizens or stateless persons, including compatriots living abroad.
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree for the Master’s track or completing a Bachelor’s degree program in the year of the Olympiad.
- Have a Master’s or Specialist’s degree for the doctoral track (analogous to Ph.D.) in the year of the Olympiad.
- Agree to the processing of personal data.
- Official languages of the Olympiad are English and Russian.
Duration and Reward:
The Scholarship offers a full scholarship program for Masters and PhD students.
Method of Application:
Participants should register online in the Olympiad registration system from September 15 to December 10, 2023, by clicking the “PARTICIPATE” button on the [Olympiad website](http://www.od.globaluni.ru). Registration can be completed from any computer with internet access. By registering, participants consent to the processing of personal data.
A participant may register and take part in the Olympiad only once during the year when the Olympiad is conducted. Any breach of this rule results in disqualification.
During registration, participants provide personal data, login (email address), and a password. After registration, participants gain access to portfolio structure information, evaluation criteria, and demo versions of the tasks for the second stage. CLICK HERE TO APPLY
